FendLand does not guarantee that any data removal request will be honored, processed, or result in the deletion of your information from any platform, database, or list. Data brokers, people-search sites, and real estate platforms are independent third parties. FendLand has no control over their policies, response times, or compliance with removal requests.

No Guarantee of Spam Reduction

Using FendLand — including the SMS filter, message scanner, and removal center — may reduce unsolicited outreach over time but does not guarantee that it will stop. Wholesalers and investors who already have your contact information may continue to reach out. Removal prevents new lists from including you going forward, not existing records already in circulation.

Classification Accuracy

FendLand's message scanner uses pattern matching and AI classification to produce verdicts and confidence scores. These are estimates, not definitive determinations. A message classified as WHOLESALER may be from a legitimate buyer, and a message classified as UNCLEAR or REALTOR may still be unsolicited. Always use your own judgment when responding to any outreach.

FendLand integrates with third-party services including Twilio (carrier lookups) and Anthropic (AI classification). FendLand is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these services. Their use is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
